Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
During high demand periods (e.g., holidays or sales), processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.

USPS® Ground Advantage®: Shipping rate is automatically calculated based on weight and distance.
Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days after processing.USPS® Priority Mail®: Shipping rate is automatically calculated based on weight and distance.
Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days after processing.USPS® Priority Mail Express® (Overnight): Shipping rate is automatically calculated based on weight and distance.
Estimated delivery time: Overnight - within 24 hours after processing.International Shipping: We currently only ship within the United States.
Shipping During Warm Weather
As our whipped body butters and certain other products may be sensitive to high temperatures:
Warm-Weather Shipping Precautions: During warmer months, we may include insulated packaging or cold packs to prevent melting. Please ensure someone is available to receive your package promptly upon delivery to avoid heat exposure.
Melting Disclaimer: While we take every precaution to ensure the product's integrity, Bliss Naturelle is not responsible for melted products due to heat exposure after delivery. However, melted whipped body butters can be placed in the refrigerator to firm up without losing their effectiveness.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays due to courier issues or events outside of our control (e.g., severe weather, customs processing, etc.). If your package is delayed, please contact us, and we’ll assist in tracking the order.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping:
Damaged Orders: If your products are damaged upon arrival, please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt so we can assist with resolving the issue.
Lost Orders: If you suspect your order is lost in transit, please contact the shipping provider with your tracking number. Kindly be advised that Bliss Naturelle is not responsible for any item that has been lost or stolen.
